My DBA asked me this question today. How to find all the tables created today in any DB? Well this is farely easy.
Execute the query as follows:
select tbl.name, ind.rowcnt from sys.tables tbl
INNER JOIN sys.sysindexes ind
ON tbl.object_id = ind.id
WHERE CONVERT(VARCHAR(10),tbl.create_date,121) = CONVERT(VARCHAR(10),GETDATE(),121)
